Phil Kramer, Ph.D. is a pastor, author, and teacher with a passion for developing Christ-centered leaders. He previously served as Lead Pastor of Crossgate Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and as an Army Chaplain with the elite 75th Ranger Regiment and the 82nd Airborne Division. Phil and his family now make their home in Central Florida, where they are engaged in church-planting work. He and his wife, Shara, have five children.
