As Paul mentored Timothy, and Jesus Himself trained His disciples, personal discipleship is the ultimate way to equip effective pastoral leaders. This gift helps make possible one-on-one guidance, encouragement, and practical insight to help pastors in training to grow in their walk with Christ and in their preaching of God’s Word. A seasoned mentor will come alongside leaders to offer wisdom, accountability, and support for real-life ministry challenges. Your gift helps ensure pastors are not serving alone but are strengthened to lead with clarity and conviction.
